Handbook
The Directorate of Quality Assurance at Koya University published a complete Handbook on the regulation and instruction of the Teaching Quality Assurance, the duties of the academic staff and the assessment of the academic staff scientific achievement.
All instructions and regulations in the handbook is applicable for the online learning in addition to the following:
Each participation in the online training course with the DQA will be evaluated by 3 points.
Any Seminar/Workshop presented inside KOU cloud via Google Meet (after registration) will be evaluated by 5 points for the presenter and 2 points for participant. One presented seminar per staff will be considered and any number of workshop will be considered. The seminar should be between 30-45 min. The Seminar/Workshop should be recorded. The Presenter should invite the DQA (qa.office@koyauniversity.org)
Any participation in an online workshop held by non-KOU staff (Not organized by KOU) will be evaluated by 1 point. No more than 5 participation will be considered. The workshop should be in the field of the participant.
Any presentation as a speaker/Lecturer in an online workshop held outside KOU will be evaluated by 3 points. No more than 3 participation will be considered.
All events of the online lectures, recorded lecture, department meetings should be registered early at the calendar. As a proof, the academic staff will send his/her google calendar share link to the quality assurance.
